  My boyfriend went in tonight on July 5, 2017 and he came home to tell me the lady at the register was completely rude. She was sitting on a stool, on her phone, when he walked up, and made continuous smart comments the moment he walked up to the register about turning in a couple scratch off tickets. She had blonde hair and I'm pretty sure I have dealt with her before. Treating your REGULAR customers like they are bothering you from enjoying your cellphone at work is sad. I really hope this Wawa doesn't turn into a place with lazy and rude employees because it's extremely close to our house and we like coming here frequently. If that's the kind of customer service they are promoting then we won't be here for it, and will be happy to spread the word.
