  First off if I could give a negative rating I would. But in unfortunately cannot. First of I walked into the company where I checked in and waited over an hour. After being irratated by the wait time the finally got to me. When they got to me it took 3 employees to help me after finding out they have been hemorrhaging money out of me for the last year in the most sneaky way possible. On top of that they could not help me after 40 minutes at the table with the customer representative at hand. After getting the assistant manager to help us out. He restarted the whole process to which I was pushed over the edge. I am done with this company. And I am done wasting my money on customer service representatives who can’t do their own job. I will be taking my large company plan else where and putting the nasty word of AT&T in everybody’s ears around me. Good luck to anyone who stays with the company.
