  Although I'm happy I had an option to rent appliances when I was in a pinch, they scratched up my door and flooded my entire laundry area upon installation of a washer/dryer set. Installation took hours plus the damage. Called to let them know what happened and they sent back a guy with a bucket and pail?? The poor dude then had to go out and rent a shop-vac and spend hours in the heat (since it's located in my garage) sucking up the flooded water. Their policy also only allows for up to 2 weeks off in lieu of damage, which personally I didn't think was enough- but policy! They were late every single time they had to come out, to the point where I was forced to reschedule. I would also get calls from them about 5 times a day to prolong my rental instead of just auto charging to my account for the additional days. Although I will say most of the people I had dealt with were very nice and personable, I am not satisfied with the service or the business in general. Not to mention how extremely overpriced they are. If you are looking to rent long(ish) term, you're better off financing something to own and re-selling it later.
