  If you have any sort of disability or mental illness, do not bother applying at racetrack. I was fired on my 4th day of training (did not give me a chance to finish my training) because I did not meet company expectations. I have aspergers and have trouble socializing with people and handing out change, and is challenging for me in regards to my condition. The reason I wanted the job at racetrack was so I can enhance my social skills and to become a better person. I put 100% into my work and my job and was willing to excel and to learn, only to feel expendable and unappreciated, even with them having knowledge of my condition. Racetrack discriminates against those who are mentally disabled and I will make sure to never attend my business at racetrack ever again and neither should you.
