  This place is a terrible business! I dropped my seats off (2 small front seats) at the end of June 2015, and was told because of Independence day that they wouldn't be finished until the week after the holiday. When I didn't hear anything, I called at the end of July only to hear that they were busy and it would be "a few more weeks." When I didn't hear anything for MONTHS I called in October and was told that the owner had surgery, so she wasn't able to sew. I said no problem, I understand that things happen sometimes. She said that they would be done in a week, and that she would call me. I heard nothing again and I figured, probably busy caching up with the holidays and everything, so I went to the shop in January only to be ACCUSED by the owner of breaking in to the shop while the owner was out at lunch (I did not break in, I walked in during business hours and there was a woman inside that took my name and number). I explained who I was and AGAIN was told that they would be done in a week. I heard nothing back and stopped in again today. They had not even STARTED making my seats yet! I took my old seats and will be taking my business elsewhere. It is an awful business. Terrible customer service with ZERO communication to me unless it was initiated by me, and when I did get ahold of someone I was met with excuses and accusations. No apologies and 8 months later with no seats. This is terrible business practice!
