  Great experience purchasing our new Tempurpedic mattress. We went to four different stores prior to purchasing, but we had a great experience working with the store manager, Nathan. He was able to price-match a deal another store offered, and we were able to have a much more positive experience by sticking with Mattress One. Very pleased.

  Nathan was great. Very knowledgeable. UPDATE: 1/5/17 My mattress was supposed to be delivered today and I got a call at 11 AM to advise me they sold out of the mattress I bought just 2 days earlier. Apparently, they do not take the mattress out of their inventory when they sell them, so they apparently can oversell the products. This is odd considering they are a chain company and have a warehouse. What company of this size does not have any form of inventory tracking system? My current mattress is not usable anymore and they offered to loan me a bed in a box and to sleep on the floor with it (could not find enough spare space in my apartment for another queen bed) then offered to bring me my bed frame and a temporary mattress until mine came back in stock. Oddly, they called me back at 530 in the evening saying they got it back in stock and will deliver it tomorrow. Now I got to find someone to be at my place to accept delivery. They did not even offer any form of compensation for this cluster mess. Update: 1/17/18 After posting my previous update, I was contacted by the regional manager who looked into my concerns and said that the owner of the company also saw my review and immediately implemented changes to prevent them from overselling a product in the future and they did offer me compensation for my troubles. Nathan from the local store even has followed up on my regarding my mattress and how I like my purchase. It is refreshing to see a company actually respond and react to a review and hopefully make changes for future customers. In the future I will return to Mattress 1 for any other mattress purchases I may require.

  I definitely recommend purchasing from Mattress 1 in the Ranch Lake Plaza! Upon walking in, we were greeted by Nathan and while he was assisting another couple, he made sure to continually check on us and answered any of the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable! He helped us find just the right TEMPUR-PEDIC (Temper-Contour Supreme) mattress for us. We walked away confident in our decision and overall buying experience.
