  My husband and I went to the Mattress Firm several months ago and spoke with Nicholas (sales rep) and he assisted us in hopes to help us find what we were looking for. He was very polite and did not try to push anything on us. My husband and I left to discuss and figure out what what we wanted to do. We both have back issues and decided to go back to the same Mattress Firm (there are 3 within a 1 mile radios) and speak to Nicholas again. Nick remembered who we were and what we previously looked at. We told him that we discussed it and we really think we should go to a firm mattress. Not only did he assist in helping us find the best mattress, which wasn't the most expensive one there, I found a new pillow that helps with my neck pain. Nick had the delivery scheduled for the next day Nick also called the next business day to see how everything was. I can honestly say, I am pleased that we went back and made our purchase through Mattress Firm & Nick. Chantel & David Laud

  My boyfriend and I needed a new mattress setup and had tons of questions, the manager nick was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about what we were looking for and gave us the best option for our price range. We will be returning customers specifically to this location. Thanks again!
