  Great Experience with Ed ordering a futon cushion for one of my properties. He helped me figure out the different options and made sure I was getting what we needed; AND offered to deliver to the rental property. Awesome service.

  Absolutely terrible experience!! Stay away from this place. From the minute we walked in the door we were lied to by Ed the owner and Bill the salesman. They were happy to take my $6,000.00 but I have been waiting for over a month for the delivery of products promised. I should have listened when I was told that the company is having financial difficulties.

  Never again!!! Worst customer service! They were was not interested in what I was looking for, but only what they wanted to show me. I went in with a certain price in mind, but they only showed me stuff above that. I told them I was going to shop around and they asked where. When I told them they started telling me terrible stories about their competitors. I went there because they were the best according to the Bradenton Herald, but I did not experience any of that. I ended up buying somewhere else and I am glad I did! I won't say where I bought, but shop around, their are better deals with much better customer service out there!
