  My husband and I just recently ordered a rattan living room set from Leader's Furniture. It was delivered to our door in the 6-8 weeks we were promised. We were so excited and loved the set but unfortunately we noticed as did the delivery men that the fabric was not matched in the front and back of the sofa. We kept the furniture but called the store and sent pictures of the miss matched fabric to the representative that sold us the furniture. She reported the problem to customer service and said we would be contacted in a few days. We were contacted in a timely manner and a new sofa is being made to correct the mistake. It will take another 6-8 weeks but we are keeping the first sofa until it is ready. We were so thankful that it wasn't a war to get the sofa. Thank you Sandy Shepherd for all you help. We also bought a dining room set a few years ago and we are very happy with both purchases. We plan to head to the store soon to buy accessories. Brenda and Dennis Sweet Bradenton, FL

  I worked with Sandra Shepard. The entire experience was phenomenal. Rob delivered the furniture right on time and was meticulous setting it all up. I love the new lanai furniture but dealing with the people at Leaders made it so easy. They are professional and know their products well!!!
