  WINN DIXIE FUEL PERKS USERS BEWARE: This has been usually a fairly decent place to get gas and a drink. They accept the Winn Dixie Rewards Card to get a "Fuel Perks" discount for gas purchases which I have used in the past many times and enjoy getting a price break at the pump. Apparently they are sporadic and don't always take them. Today, I was there and knew full well that I had a good amount in "Fuel Perks" which the station chose NOT to honor at the pump - but was happy to sell at full price. I went inside and they said the Winn Dixie card was not 'active' and I had zero "Fuel Perks." My wife used it yesterday and it was fine. So, I got a little gas and went home, called Winn Dixie and was advised my card was indeed active and had XX in Fuel Perks, but that sometimes gas stations choose not to honor them. Well, here we are 10/28/2015 and the Fuel Perks expire at the end of the month if not used. It seems like a really dishonest way to screw the consumer out of rightfully earned loyalty rewards. I also put in a complaint to Shell/Circle K corporate office to look into this shady behavior.
