  Just wanted a quote... Asked for a quote a ridiculous amount of times and was always promised they'd have one in a day or two (or next week), which was fine with me, I was in absolutely no rush. However, this went on for quite a few weeks and then eventually over a month with the promises, initially from a guy named Bill, then another gentleman. I'm happy they are so busy but I truly wish they would have let me know they don't have time for additional business. I'm embarrassed to say I waited so long before using a competitor.
