Mario took the time to listen to my comments on what i thought was wrong, Then shared what he would do to diagnose and track the issue. WOW! does he know his stuff! not only did he find the problem, he cleaned and serviced the 3 pieces i brought him and now my equipment sounds like the day it was brand new. Kind, courteous and professional with prices that match. He will be the only one servicing my equipment. Thank you Mario!
