  Needed scrubs for a new job, they did not have what I needed in store but offered to order them and have it shipped to their store. I placed my order over the phone and was told it would take about 2 weeks or 7-10 business days to receive the order. I called today (about a week and a half later) to check the status and was informed by the manager that my order was never placed. The managers response was " I can go ahead and place the order now" This does me no good, I need the scrubs now, not another 2 weeks out.. The worst customer service I've ever experienced!! Not once did she even offer an apology for their mess up. I will not shop here again.

  Second time visiting this store. First time I went service was awful but what was worse is the selection is completely underwhelming. Called ahead and asked if they had Grey's anatomy scrubs and was told they have a huge selection. Got to the store and they have very very few matching sets. It's just a jumble of a ton of different tops and bottoms. The size selection was awful as well they have either a ton of xxs or XXL no inbetweens and no matching size sets. Decided to give this location a second try today and the two people working just sat up front and talked about drama of how this worker had child protective services called on her multiple times. No can I help you or what are you looking for today. Just order your scrubs on line don't waste your time coming here.
